This Cookie Notice explains how ANCVAJ s. r. o. uses cookies and similar technologies on mindelund.com (the "Mindelnut" service; the "Service"). For more on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and (with consent) measure usage.

2. Legal basis

Under the EU ePrivacy rules and Danish "cookie" rules (cookiebekendtgørelsen), we may store strictly necessary cookies without consent. All other cookies (analytics, preferences that aren't essential, marketing) are set only with your consent, which you give via the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

Analytics cookies are set only with your consent (cookie banner → "Accept all"). Before consent, measurement runs in Consent Mode v2 with storage denied (no analytics cookies). The IP address is anonymised (`anonymize_ip`) and advertising signals are off. With consent, we measure the following actions in aggregate (without memorial content and without pet names): creating a memorial, lighting a candle, starting and completing a payment, requesting a sign-in link, and switching worlds. The data is used solely to improve the Service.

4. Managing your choices

• Use the cookie banner to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
• Reopen your preferences any time via "Cookie settings" in the page footer.
• You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work.

5. Third parties

Some cookies are set by processors listed in our Privacy Policy (e.g. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — once payments are enabled, Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics). Their use is governed by their own privacy policies.
